Dada and Fluxus

Dada is an avant-garde artistic movement through Europe and influencer of Fluxus. Dada was born during the 20th century out of the anti-war feelings of World War I. Dada's anti war feelings manifested through their rejection of the artistic standard and culture. Neo Dada, similar to Dada, focus on the work of the art produced rather than the actual creating. Fluxus is a festival of the collaboration of many different forms of artists that used this idea and "anti-art"/ "anti-commercialism" ideas. It was a new way to look at art and creating. It challenged artists and pushed new limits.
