PiDiP and Audio Control Project

I am researching using the webcam motion control to effect audio in real time. So far I have been working on getting my old Compaq to run PDP and PiDiP. Thanks to a conversion to Unbuntu, it works surprisingly well.

I'm exploring creating a patch that can fire off a cue or a sound wave when there is a certain motion in a certain place in the grid. There are some examples of people doing this around the internet.

I also have found a patch someone made to affect pitch and tempo which I am attempting to adapt to fit in with the motion detector.

It's at http://puredata.info/Members/loneshark/pitch-time-sample-player/view if your interested.

Somehow this will work out to affect audio in real time in an interesting way with movement.
