HAP CODEC

To be 100% honest, I'm not totally sure how to explain this program. For what I've read and explored, it looks like it could do a lot of cool stuff with video. I guess it's a new program that can enhance you video resolution, give you more play back options and compressed images. I'm not entirely sure what all of that entails, but that's what it said. It looks pretty advance so I'm guessing it's pretty good...
