1.) calm down.
2.) Everyone needs to pay just a little bit more attention in the lectures. I KNOW alot of this is BRAND new information and it's outside some of our comfort zones but that what this class is supposed to do, close the gaps of where the technology is and where we want to be.
Here is a detailed how to of WHERE and HOW to get the files fro the VJ Live workshop that we are going to cover on TUESDAY.
ON TUESDAY you are expected to have
1.) 20 JPEG FILES
2.) 10 .OBJ files
on your harddrive to do the IN-CLASS ASSIGNMENT with ME.
PARTI
1.) FInd 20 images from the internet that can be textures, go to the sites i mentioned and/or google pictures or textures you like.
2.) download them
3.) in Photoshop or GIMP-- resize them to 256x256 or 512x512
note***You will have to create a adobe login to download photoshop for free here:

4.) save all the images in a folder and rename them 1-20.jpg
Save them to your harddrive in a folder called "images"
PARTII
1.) google and find 10 .obj files form the internet
2.) you can also try to use MAYA to make shapes you like
